Refund Policy

At Redify Labs Inc, we offer digital and service-based products. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and prevent abuse.

1. No Refunds for Completed Orders

We do not offer refunds once:

• The service has started
• The service has been partially or fully delivered
• The customer provided incorrect information (e.g., wrong Reddit link)
• The customer changes their mind after purchase

Digital services are not returnable.

2. Refunds MAY be granted only if:

• We are unable to deliver the service at all
• The order cannot be completed due to our own system issues
• The product purchased is unavailable

Refunds are NOT granted when:

• Reddit removes or moderates the post
• Community votes decrease naturally
• Customer expectations are subjective (e.g., “not enough results”)
• Customer uses other services simultaneously causing conflict or failure
• Customer attempts to abuse or exploit our service

3. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation only before service delivery begins.
Once delivery is in progress, cancellation is not possible.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Account suspension
• Use of legal evidence to dispute the chargeback
• Permanent ban from future service usage

We respond to all disputes with:

• Delivery logs
• Screenshots
• Order records
• Communication history

5. Delivery Issues

If the customer believes the order is incomplete, they must contact us within 48 hours.
After this window, we are unable to review or adjust the order.
